In my darkest season, I sowed seeds of love, kindness and forgiveness. It wasn’t easy! I did my best to do what I believed was right under heartbreaking circumstances. I understood that in due season I would reap a bountiful harvest. It’s much easier to be angry, bitter and spiteful but it takes a strong and courageous person to choose love and compassion.
You can’t control everything that happens to you in life but you can control how you respond to it. You are responsible for what YOU project into this world. Circumstances and situations do not define you. Don’t waste your precious time on this earth being petty, jealous or angry.
Live for something greater than yourself and choose to make this world a little better This season, I want to be mindful to sow seeds of quality time with my son. I know that I will never get this time back again and I definitely want to enjoy it! Here is a clip of our first trip to Calie’s Acre. We enjoyed our first pumpkin patch and hayride together.
