COVID-19 may have shut down the world but it definitely opened up mine. It brought me the opportunity to homeschool my toddler. We have been able to learn, play, and sing songs at obnoxious volumes. I have had the time of my life bonding with my toddler and I am forever grateful for this opportunity.

I am also grateful for the ability to be the head teacher at the Maverick Academy. I have thoroughly enjoyed putting together different learning activities and watching his face light up!

I am honesty having so much fun teaching, coloring, singing, and dancing! I have even decided to have a quarantine graduation for this 1 year old. He has definitely earned it!

It’s time to reflect on what is truly important to us and commit to making it a priority.
