Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day

This morning Samuel and I listened to sermons and speeches from Dr. King.  I marveled in his legacy and watched how carefully Samuel paid attention to the television. The sponge-like nature of children is astonishing but also makes me more mindful of what I display in front of him. The character of Dr. King is remarkable, definitely worth emulating, and has encouraged me to fulfill my purpose in life.

To celebrate we did our first art project

I made the paint out of water, cornstarch, flour and food coloring.
